4th day of bobo's diet

21st Feb

2.30pm Lunch

Had a bowl of pork and cuttlefish porridge. ate one piece of the 6 youtiaos waving at me.
1 cup of Qin Chao

6pm. Actually feeling faint.

1 jumbu fruit.
1 packet of guava.

Dinner 7pm

1 cup a soup 106 calories with 100ml full cream milk (Full cream milk prob 10 thousand calories)1 foo chow fish ball
2 meat ball
1 big bowl of chopped spinach
4 strands of smoked cuttlefish snack
20th Feb

1030 tea break

5!!! pieces of 3cm by 3 cm of sandwich!!! Ahbish myself.

Lunch

$9.80 buffet Teochew porridge.
1/2 bowl porridge
1/2 chicken wing
lots of hei bi hiam
lots of vege
1 small piece curry chicken
2 chicken feet

Dinner

Yong Tau Foo
2 cutlefish legs
1 egg
1/2 tomato
1/2 green pepper
1/2 silken tofu
1 bunch straw mushroom
1 small bunch kangkong

Ate one blow of anger this morning kept me full till 1005am (bloody IT guy bring a fly swotter say its his talisman...step on my box of files...i want to murder HIM)

Bobo is depressed and needs to diet!

Bobo gets her bloody act together for wesobeautiful.

19th Feb Tuesday
BREAKFAST
1 Small cup Milo from Dispenser.
Managed to resist the OTAH BUN and DONUT today from the pantry. So proud of myself.

Lunch

The whole class was eating Long John silver. Everybody wanted to study so they just popped downstairs to buy LJS.
I walked by myself to PS to buy Yong tau Foo soup W/O Noodles. (seriously sooooooo proud of myself)

2 Cuttlefish legs
1 Hardboiled egg. ( I love eggs. have to cut down on those cute oval things)
1 lady's finger
1/2 silken tofu
1 small buch straw mushroom
1 mushroom with fish meat
1 small bunch kangkong

Mid day snack.
Shared half a donut with the IT girl. Needed sugar to boost energy level.

DINNER
Yummy Bah Kut Teh near beach road

1 pot BKT with 2 pieves of meat and pig's stomach and intestines.
2 spoons of rice from Bubi's bowl
1 small ring of youtiao dip in the soup
1 cup of lime juice

Come home drink 1 yakut

18th Feb Monday

BREAKFAST1 small cup milo from Dispenser
No more 10am snack.

Office always provides bread, sandwiches and cakes. I have been snacking so much i want to slap myself.

LUNCH

Yong tau foo with soup NO NOODLES

I weighed myself this morning...seems to have lost a little bag of Famous Amos...more confidence! But still cannot comfortably button my pants..got a heave a little...okie...more motivation!!!

2 rice bowls porridge
Kong Pow frogs...lots of it
1 can 100 plus
1 can oolong tea

EXERCISE: 1.5 hours of tennis!

1 serving of crepe with egg (Traditional Taiwan breakfast - Dan Bing. Colleague bought for me so paisei to reject yums)

1 a-tad-too-sweet bakerzin pineapple tart (courtesy of my colleague who said must eat for "yi shi"...can i say no?)

Project WESOBEAUTIFUL: Day 1

At 1055am Twink entered:
Breakfast
2 slices of mandarin orange
1 cup of aloe vera yogurt
30gm muesli

At 1245pm FAT Ah Fat entered:
Breakfast
1 cup coffee with low fat milk, no sugar
1 meat pao (bigger then normal size pao, but smaller then Ta Pao, got 1 quarter salted egg inside)

1220pm Twink entered:
Snack
1 piece apple cookie

At 1245pm FAT Ah Fat entered:
Lunch

- 1 bottle of passion fruit flavoured Kanten (latest diet trend in Twn spreaded from Japan. This stuff is made entirely out of seaweed, totally tasteless & has texture like jelly. Supposed to keep you full, so dieters drink it like a meal replacement)
- 1 piece pineapple tart!

205pm Twink entered
Lunch
Salad consisting of broccoli, baby lettuce, tomatoes, yellow peppers and 2 egg whites. NO DRESSING.
1 cup ice lemon tea (I need sugar to stay alive)

4:27pm FAT Ah Fat entered:
Tea break
- 1 small cup of starbucks regular coffee with low fat milk, no sugar
- Half cup of Longan red date tea (damn cold now so need it to get rid of the “han(2)” aka coldness)
- 1 small piece smoke salmon
- 1 tablespoon of Sauerkraut
- half a Bratwurst
NO carbs!

Please give Ah Fat credit for her willpower. Teabreak was damn shiok today, got assorted cakes, pastries, deep fried stuff, sandwiches & cream puff!! It was painful to say NO to them! *PAT* on your back from Twink!!!

Mid Afternoon Snack
1 green apple
2 squares of pistachio chocolate from Dubai paatchi
2/3 piece of HK hang hueng egg rolls (made with lard...)

YEAH!!! 2/3 day gone....one last meal before DAY 1 ends!!! I must not succumb...

At 6.54pm NONO FAT ASS entered:

Breakfast: 1 csb onli + 1 teh o kosong pengz.

Lunch: 1 kway teow soup ala thai style at basement of le meridien + 1 pokka green tea no sugar.

At first I thought I'm going to be the slimmest of all, but I was wrong!!!

Dinner: Rice + curry chicken + lots of brocolli + CHILLI PRAWNS cooked in lots of oil + 2 huge kerupuk for dessert.

Arent u proud of me? hehe

Dessert: handful of organic jumbo raisins

POST CNY DIET starts tomorrow!





Fatcat needs loose loose jeans to eat more in mother-land Deutschland, Twink needs to go back to the size during Alan-days in case she sees him on the streets...she must look fabulous!

This became a pact to diet for 1 week!!! To post our food and exercise regime on the blog so we can motivate each other and assess each other and whack the living daylights out of each other if we succumb to our cravings...hee hee! Rock on FatCat! You can do it! So can I!!!!!
