Project WESOBEAUTIFUL: Day 2

I write with renewed confidence this morning.

At 9:31am Twink entered:
Breakfast
1 cup strawberry yogurt
30gm muesli
Lots of WATER

At 9:42am Ah Fat entered:
Breakfast
1 cup coffee with low fat milk no sugar
1 serving of crepe with egg (Traditional Taiwan breakfast - Dan Bing. Colleague bought for me so paisei to reject yums)

At 10:46am Twink entered:
Mid Morning Snack
1 a-tad-too-sweet bakerzin pineapple tart (courtesy of my colleague who said must eat for "yi shi"...can i say no?)
More H2O

At 12:26pm Ah Fat entered:
Mid-morning snack
1 piece super yummy pineapple tart from Spore - CNY mah eat Pineapple tart will be WANG!

Lunch
1 bowl of warm 8-treasure porridge (made from red bean, green bean, longan, barley etc etc)
1 bottle of zero calorie oolong flavoured sugar-free Kanten
1 cup chinese tea

So far so good Fat & Twink!

No one was hungry last night arh? Or starve from no dinner? hahahaha...anyways...i better enter my dinner as i had no time to log in on DAY 2. So only writing this on DAY 3

Soup Spoon Clam Chowder + Tomato Basil (Large - share with LTM)
1 Foccacia bun (yumsss)
1/3 of a ham and cheese sandwich
2 Tori Q Bento chicken balls
1 piece Tori Q Bento ungai
1 Vitagen
