I weighed myself this morning...seems to have lost a little bag of Famous Amos...more confidence! But still cannot comfortably button my pants..got a heave a little...okie...more motivation!!!

Lunch
1 roast chicken breast meat
8 pieces of french fries
1/2 loti bun
1 cup barley
1 small sccop ice-kreme
Dinner
2 rice bowls porridge
Kong Pow frogs...lots of it
1 can 100 plus
1 can oolong tea
EXERCISE: 1.5 hours of tennis!
